HOFFMAN BROTHERS HUNT FOR EVIDENCE
HUTCH SPEAKS ABOUT HARLEY'S RARE BIGFOOT VIDEO

Explorer Hutch Hoffman has a twin brother named Harley (above photo) who claims he's on the trail of bigfoot. He shot a controversial video in 2001. You can watch it here.

The Hoffman brother's come from a long line of explorers. Although Hutch is widely respected over here at the SSJ, his twin brother Harley is a bit more controversial. Harley claims to have "the best footage of bigfoot since the Patterson film." His blurry video created some uproar in the cryptozoological community when it was first released. He has not spoken publicly about the it since 2001, when he was quoted saying "When I bring the big fella in in a cage, then they'll believe their eyes.

Hutch Hoffman rarely speaks about his brother's hunt for bigfoot. "My brother and I have different interests," he told the SSJ in 2005. "Even I'm not sure whether bigfoot is real," Hutch says, "Santa Claus is another story."

Hutch continues, "I know my brother's hunt is sincere, but I'm a skeptic. I think Harley's video should be a reminder to everyone, that things aren't always as they seem." Hutch encourages viewers to question what they are told by the media and science.

"Most people who believe in Sasquatch do so because of a feeling in their gut," Hutch says, "It's the same with Santa Claus. I wouldn't embark on any mission unless I had a strong gut feeling about it. If your gut is saying something is real, then you should listen, weigh the evidence and if your inspired, join the hunt." Hutch spoke on Harley's video from his outpost on Ellesmere Island in Canada. Harley was unavailable for comment.

the HOFFMAN BLIZZARD
Hutch Hoffman's Expedition plagued by violent snowstorms.

Explorer Hutch Hoffman finds the Magnetic North Pole to be a dangerous and unpredictable place. Will his team reach Santa's workshop? Will he prove Santa Claus is real? Watch a clip from the movie "Search for Santa." (requires FLASH PLAYER 8)

Hutch Hoffman thinks he knows where Santa's workshop is. "I've found the missing piece of an age-old puzzle," he says. "Santa is at Magnetic North. And I know it."

Hoffman refers to the geographic phenomenon that is the Earth's magnetic north pole. This is not to be confused with our planet's true geographic North Pole. Magnetic North is located in the extreme Arctic, hundreds of miles away from true North. It is there, Hoffman believes, Santa Claus has been hiding his workshop all along.

But Hoffman's crew finds Magnetic North is not a welcoming place. Their equipment fails under duress and the men experience "physiological disturbances." Still Hutch Hoffman is determined to find Santa's workshop. "I will stop at nothing," he insists. "He's out there. And I'm gonna find him."

the SWOBODA FILM
Is this the only photographic evidence of a "Santa Sighting?"

In 1973 Clay Swoboda shot the only known Super 8mm footage of the Santa Claus phenomenon. Now you can study the results. Is it real? Many of the Clausologists in "Search for Santa" think it is. See for yourself, click the above link to watch the movie (requires FLASH PLAYER 8)

Is Santa Claus real? We think so. But tonight we ask a tougher question. Is the Swoboda Film real? Many Clausologists think it is. If you study this film very carefully, you may agree. Click on the above photo to watch the Swoboda film clip, or download the podcast here.

At first glance, it is easy to dismiss "the Swoboda Film," but Clausologists and Santa Seekers who've looked closer seem to validate it. The image of Santa Claus appears for only a split second. This is probably because Santa Claus is traveling at or near the speed of light. Anything moving as fast as that would be very difficult to photograph. Perhaps that is why the Swoboda Film has never been duplicated.

Theoretical nuclear physicist Dr. Franklin Ruehl, Ph.D.. has studied every frame of the Swoboda film. "The film has seventeen frames," Ruehl explains,"frame fourteen" appears to show a bearded entity, in a red suit, who may be Santa."

How did Swoboda do it?

Clay Swoboda used a ball of twine as a crude trip wire, across his fireplace. His plan was simple. Santa Claus would trip the wire upon entry, resulting in enough tension to activate the trigger on a Super 8mm film camera. The camera would shoot tiny pictures very fast (at approximately 18 frames per second). This would give Clay a glimpse of Santa at work. See graphic below (figure 2.94).

figure 2.94

Clay kept the film hidden for many years. When he finally did release it, it would wow Clausologists worldwide. What do you think? Is the Swoboda Film real? Is Santa real?

See for yourself by watching the Swoboda Film. We recommend studying it one frame at a time, using the arrow keys and Quicktime Player.

Download the video as a podcast. Share it with your friends. And spread the word about Father Christmas! He's out there Seekers! And we're going to find him!

You can hear what Clausologists are saying about the Swoboda Film in the documentary-style film "Search for Santa."

GROUNDBREAKING FILM RELEASES THIS CHRISTMAS

Monday, October 17, 2005

"Search for Santa" is unlike any film ever released.

The film follows explorer Hutch Hoffman on an arctic expedition in an effort to find Santa's workshop. Camera's transport you to the Nafud Desert in Saudi Arabia where archeologists have uncovered an artifact that is changing the face of science. And for the first time in thirty years, Clay Swoboda speaks out about the controversial "Swoboda Film," the only photographic evidence of a Santa sighting.

Filmmaker Douglas Cheney says "After making this film, I believe in Santa Claus." When I asked him what that meant he said. "We set out to prove that Santa is real. What we found blew our minds."

"Search for Santa," is the first film to document a growing movement in scientific community called "Clausology." It is set to be released this holiday season.
